What sparks my working fire?
My two specialisms are TDD and dilapidations. I’m a firm believer in respecting the “diligence” in TDD, ensuring a thorough survey and documentation review puts the client in an informed position to understand potential risks before committing to the deal.
Dilapidations wise, trying to get the best deal for the client, be it landlord or tenant, comes from understanding the lease and client needs, without taking an unrealistic position on dilapidations liabilities and frustrating negotiations.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
Outside of work I’m an avid footballer follower, into fitness, cooking and Round Table.
