Summary

The brief was to convert redundant office accommodation into six high quality apartments above an Alliance & Leicester branch within this Grade I listed building.

As lead consultant, we produced imaginative designs for the remodelling of the interiors following in depth consultation with the Conservation Officer, securing statutory consents. The Bank continued to trade throughout the project, with fire and sound separation works undertaken from above, without deterioration to the ornate banking hall finishes

Result

Our involvement enabled previously unviable schemes to be progressed, providing a positive contribution to the local and community whilst also providing additional income from a previously unutilised asset.
