Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead

Powell Williams supports Praxis Real Estate Management in their acquisition of Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead, a 295,440sq.ft former BP headquarters office building now reconfigured to provide high quality multi-let office space.

As part of our ongoing technical due diligence services to Praxis, we mobilised a consultant team to complete our inspections and issued our initial report within 3 weeks of instruction. The fundamentals of the building were good, having been constructed to a high specification in the 1980s, but we managed to identify areas to improve the ongoing asset management in line with Praxis’ pro-active asset strategy.

Based on our recommendations Praxis were able to conclude negotiations from a favourable position.
