Result
Although a simple scheme on the face of it, various developer supply chain and technical issues led to numerous challenges to be overcome. Our liaison with interested parties and a pragmatic approach, which was agreed with the client, resulted in the eventual delivery of this long income development to the fund and vital housing to the local community.
Being able to rely on Powell Williams’ attention to detail and pro-active approach was really valuable in terms of the delivery of this scheme to such a high standard.
