Powell Williams is project managing the rebuild of Building Two at Guildford Business Park in Surrey for asset manager Cube Real Estate, on behalf of funder, Benson Elliot. The £15m refurbishment will see the building become the flagship of this high-profile development, just off the A3.

The building has been stripped back to frame, and is being rebuilt with a three-storey front extension and a single storey vertical extension, creating a penthouse office suite with outdoor terrace.

The project is due to complete in early 2018, offering a brand new Grade A-standard interior throughout.
