What sparks my working fire?
I really enjoy the variety that comes with working across a wide spectrum of commercial building surveying, covering both project-based and professional services. My main interests lie in contract administration, Technical Due Diligence and dilapidations. There’s something rewarding about diving into the details, understanding how a building functions, and being able to provide clients with advice that’s both clear and practical.
I’ve been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects for national retailers, investment portfolios, and both landlords and occupiers, which keeps the work interesting and ever evolving.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
Outside of work, I’m usually on the lookout for a good coffee and any excuse to be outdoors. I love a ski trip or a sunny escape. I find stepping away helps me come back with a clearer head and fresh perspective.
