Summary

This established industrial site provided an opportunity for extra value by building new units on soft landscaping, originally intended as screening. Additional underutilised land, including a steep earth embankment, provided space for much needed parking.

Result

After 6 years of planning and one year on site, our Client was rewarded with two new A-rated , BREEAM Very Good, high spec industrial units, quick lettings and a good return. In addition, approximately 50 new parking bays were created and made ready for EV charging.
