Leading the technical due diligence team for the acquisition, we project managed the implementation of asset enhancement works, also assisting the managing agents in approval of tenants’ fit-outs, as vacant floors were occupied.

Result

The building had solid office credentials, but remained largely vacant. By considering the client’s business plan to re-position the offering within the office market as part of the TDD process, we were able to advise upon the implementation of the strategy as part of the acquisition process, then immediately implement it.

The transformation, through focused refurbishment, resulted in new lettings and disposal at increased value. Essentially, a classic example of effective implementation of active asset management to deliver the clients vision.
