As Project Manager, we were involved from the feasibility stage through to completion. The original scheme involved demolition to parts of the building along with significant refurbishment of the three floors of the office accommodation in order to accommodate Siemen’s staff relocating from other sites.
The project had to be significantly value engineered to meet the client’s financial requirements, which involved detailed and careful consideration of the design, to ensure the new office environment would meet the client’s operational needs.
