Summary
A brand new, and purpose built, 135,000 sq.ft office, storage and distribution base leased by our clients. The facility was constructed on behalf of Legal & General.
The key challenges that we overcame were the site becoming compliant with “COMAH” requirements and meeting client timescales to be fully operational in order to serve the UK and European markets.
Result
Although practical completion of the base build was slightly delayed, a revised approach to the tenant fit out resulted in the building becoming operational on the required date.
