Acting as lead building consultant we surveyed and reported on this shopping centre which was last refurbished in the late 1990’s.
Result
Our input cured various external envelope defects which had eluded other previous owners for more than 10 years. Following successful refurbishment works, the fund successfully sold the centre and invested elsewhere.
