Summary

We completed the technical due diligence shortly after construction in 2002 of this sea front leisure and retail park and then managed completion of end of defects and completion issues identified within our report.

Result

Through our detailed understanding of the property, we have acted as lead consultant and provided technical assistance on an ongoing basis to the client, managing agents and solicitors in connection with maintenance, lease agreements, approval of tenant’s alterations, modifications and alterations (including the construction of a 94 room Premier Inn hotel with Brewers Fayre) to suite new shell unit configurations
