News: Powell Williams advises Travis Perkins on the acquisition of Staircraft

Travis Perkins is the UK’s largest supplier of building materials and equipment and already had a 15 per cent minority share in the company, which provides integrated stair, floor and door solutions. Headquartered in Coventry and operating from manufacturing sites across the UK, Staircraft employs 350 people.
Acquisition advice
We inspected three sites (two in Coventry and one in West Bromwich) with a combined size of over 253,000 sq.ft, and also provided Reinstatement Cost Assessments and managed the provision of an environmental audit.

A fast turnaround was critical and we delivered our report within 10 days of receiving instructions.
