This 1970s original headquarters for Scottish Amicable, in many ways ahead of its time when constructed, still performed well as an office building.

With only one floor just vacated when we led the technical due diligence for its purchase, the client’s business plan to move the office forward was considered and reported upon as part of the acquisition process.

We immediately negotiated a dilapidations settlement for the vacated floor and carried out a CatA refurbishment and rebranded the reception and common areas. We also project managed the implementation of identified planned maintenance works.
