Our client looked to convert this derelict Grade II former cotton mill into their headquarters. We prepared a feasibility study following in-depth consultation with the local conservation officer and English Heritage, prior to securing statutory consents.
As lead consultant, our proposals and management of the project required a creative and sympathetic approach to this landmark building.
The practice was presented with a Civic Trust Award in recognition of ‘Good Design, Preservation & Enhancement‘.
