Summary

New basement car park below the water table; a supermarket; a timber framed hotel above and various works to external areas and adjacent properties.

Our role included liaison with both tenants to deliver pre-let criteria and reviewing extensive third party agreements with various stakeholders.

Following successful completion we were approached by the developer to assist with a new venture.
