We are the retained building consultants for a mixed portfolio of distribution warehouses, production facilities and chilled food storage throughout the UK.
We advise on entry and exit strategies, refurbishment, tenant dilapidations, dilapidations contingency planning, schedules of condition, and licences to alter.
Result
