Having begun my career with national multi-disciplinary practices, I’ve developed extensive experience across all aspects of commercial building surveying with a particular specialism for acquisition advice, project management and development monitoring.

I’ve worked across a wide variety of properties and portfolios including residential, office, retail, hotels and industrial, predominantly with landlords, occupiers, funds and international investors.

I am used to working in a fast paced environment, and enjoy finding an angle to a property that gives the clients a commercial advantage.

Outside of work, I generally spend my time running round after two young children and mountain biking.

  • Leading a team of consultants in the preparation of pre-sale vendors reports for:
    • shopping centre, South Coast, £98m
    • Grade II listed residential block, Kensington, £60m
  • Acquisition surveys for:
    • new build mansion for a HNWI, Wentworth, £17m
    • 4,000 sq.ft high street retail unit, Kingston, £10.5m
  • Project monitoring/project management for:
    • rum distillery, Grenada, £10m
    • office extension and Cat A refurbishment in St James’, London, 750,000 sq.ft
  • Contract administration for:
    • warehouse rebuild, £1m
    • shed refurbishments/rebuilds and retail white boxing up to £600k
    • Development monitoring of residential and industrial schemes up to £3.5m.
  • Coordination of detailed PMP:
    • portfolio for a major Surrey landlord, 450,000 sq.ft across 30 sites
    • Redhill School, 200,000 sq.ft, West Midlands
  • Dilapidations up to £600k.
