We reviewed the development proposals and numerous third party agreements for LIM who forward funded this phase of major redevelopment around Cambridge Station.
Subsequently, we monitored the construction works, complicated by adjoining developments and basements and provided ongoing advice to the client, as well as certifying regular drawdown payments.
As part of the development team and acting as an intermediary for the site management company, we were able to ensure that all student rooms were ready for occupation at the start of the summer term.
