Summary

We managed the design-and-build project on behalf of the parks owner St James’s Place UK plc and their asset managers, Orchard Street Investment Management LLP. Erected on a previously underutilised area of the car park, we minimised disruption to existing tenants during construction, connected foul drainage across a busy road, employed a sustainable SUD’s system and early stage ground investigation works avoided the use of expensive piling.

Result

With a 16 week build time, the project completed two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget as well, and the client was delighted.
