Prior to purchase, as Lead Consultant we co-ordinated a team of consultants, advising on the condition of this hotel leisure and spa.
Result
The client was able to fully assess the consequences of potentially acquiring this hotel, which was to be extended and developed further in a modernisation programme. As we were able to manage out the risks identified from the technical due diligence, the client progressed with the acquisition.
