Summary
The conversion of a former mill and construction of two new build sections created a new residential urban development within six miles of Leeds city centre. We were appointed as employer’s agent and principal designer for the project, which saw an annex built, new stone cladding and the original mill restored.
Result
This important Edwardian building has been saved for future generations to enjoy. The result is a stunning residential development, unrivalled locally, and which achieved a significant number of off plan sales prior to completion, due to the high quality build and renovation.
