We assessed and implemented a scope of repairs to this Grade II* Listed 16th century timber framed building, following a detailed visual and physical survey of the external fabric. This required in-depth discussions with the Conservation Officer as to the nature and extent of repairs to the timber frame and 16 flue chimney stack.
Both Powell Williams and the contractor were presented with a Civic Trust Award for “Outstanding Workmanship” on completion.
