Summary

We led the technical due diligence for the acquisition which included a concrete specialist to assess failures to exposed concrete elements of this 1930s former paint factory. Our reporting allowed the client to negotiate a price reduction.

We managed the remedial works contract with specialist technical input. Noisy concrete repair works were co-ordinated and phased to reduce disruption. Talisman sold the property to Knightsbridge during the works phase, with our report and specification being assigned.

Result

Our pro-active implementation of external maintenance works secured a swift re-sale, with assignment of our involvement facilitating the re-sale process.
