Following the demise of Woolworths, we acted as lead consultant and provided technical advice to the client, agent and solicitor to facilitate securing three new tenants.
This required strip out and sub-division of the single unit, with new feature entrances and service arrangements which we designed, specified and managed through pre- and post-contract phases.
Works were completed for agreement for lease access dates to allow new tenant leases to be completed. The reconfiguration works were completed with minimal disruption to adjoining tenants trading and deliveries, with the works completed just below budget. Our proactive management of the contractor, and liaison with incoming tenant representatives, ensured a cohesive team approach with no surprises.
