Summary
We were appointed by a new client to project manage, lead the consultant team, and act as Contract Administrator for the resurfacing of a large, high-traffic retail car park in urgent need of repair.
The site was live and operational throughout, with deteriorated surfaces, failed drainage, and damaged speed humps creating safety and maintenance challenges.
Working closely with the property managers and the local authority, we developed a phased, value-engineered solution that restored safety, improved drainage, and kept the retail park fully accessible for shoppers and businesses.
Result
Through meticulous planning, we successfully delivered this complex project on time and within budget without disrupting trading hours.
