News: Powell Williams advises on 135,000 sq.ft storage and distribution base letting in Gateshead for Tor Coatings Ltd

Tor Coatings Ltd, which manufactures, supplies and distributes a wide range of professional and consumer coatings, has successfully leased a brand new, and purpose built, 135,000 sq.ft storage and distribution base in Follingsby Park, Gateshead.

The facility, constructed on behalf of Legal & General, will be home to Tor’s European head office, Rust-Oleum Europe, as well being the company’s dedicated storage and distribution base for the UK.

Powell Williams LLP acted as the tenants representative, and interfaced with the consulting team for the landlord, to deliver the building which will be fully operational in March 2019.
