Having begun my career by qualifying at Cushman & Wakefield, I’ve developed extensive experience including contract administration, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, planned maintenance advice, across a diverse range of property types including industrial warehouses, shopping centres and multi-occupied office & residential buildings involving modern and historic buildings.

Outside of work, I’m a keen rugby player and love skiing.

Experience

  • Lead consultant of:
    • the refurbishment of the external areas of Victoria Tower (Houses of Parliament) including repair and replacement of roof, decorative stone, timber upgrading of existing M&E services, H&S and Security control systems
    • external & internal refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, including roof overlay, replacement of roof lights, window replacement and brickwork repair. Internal works include CAT B office and common parts refurbishment
  • MHCLG (High Rise Cladding Review):
    • external building and fire risk survey review of residential high rise blocks on a country wide portfolio
  • Preparation of Dilapidation Assessment reports reviewing a large portfolio of properties types across the country
  • Review of residential and commercial buildings to reduce reactive maintenance and retain a buildings condition including both time-based maintenance vs condition-based maintenance
