Acquisition and Due Diligence
We provided pre-acquisition advice to the fund of this West End office building, which contains an operational fire station. We assisted JLL, the managing agent, in procuring and implementing service charge for common parts and external repair. Subsequently, we negotiated the considerable terminal dilapidations claim, and assisted the fund who significantly refurbished this landmark building.
The fund enjoyed a good income stream and, the eventual refurbishment and reconfiguration of the building achieved full letting, within a relatively short void period.
