We prepared and negotiated the settlement of dilapidations for two floors, then led the design team to complete a full CAT A refurbishment to the vacant floors, providing Grade A offices, which included replacing central chillers and installing new BMS throughout the building, including occupied floors. The common parts, WCs, lifts, lobbies, stairs, the reception and entrance were also upgraded.
