We undertook an acquisition survey for our investment client on this high-profile office development of three good quality buildings.

Constructed in 1987 as a data centre, and let as multi-tenanted office space including ITV, DOMO and Hampshire Police as tenants.

Result

Working to a challenging timeframe, we were able to quickly mobilise for the inspection with M&E consultants and report thereafter.

Our report provided measured advice, relative to the client’s asset management objectives for the property, with high level budgets vital for their negotiations with the vendor.
