As lead consultant in the refurbishment of this 1970’s office development, we coordinated the design team during production of the landlord’s scheme.
The proposals were formally agreed with the incoming tenant prior to implementation, creating refurbished offices to a shell specification ready for the tenants fit out. We also project managed the demolition of a 50,000 sq.ft industrial building on site to create additional car parking.
The development enabled previously significantly underutilised office accommodation to be fully let to one tenant.
The demolition of the industrial unit at the rear of the site provided additional much needed car parking space for occupation of the main building.
