We provided technical due diligence and advice on the client’s business plan prior to acquisition. Immediately following purchase, we were appointed as project manager, employer’s agent and principal designer for the refurbishment of office accommodation on the park including major horizontal and vertical extensions, new car park decks and Cat. A works.
A complex project creating a new building around an existing frame, working with designs which evolved throughout, and within the confines of a busy business park and global brand name tenants.
The result is an extremely exciting ultra-modern office block that meets the space, sustainability and amenity requirements of today’s occupiers.
