Advising the client in the acquisition of this landmark building followed by the project management for external façade cleaning and vertical extension. Remodelling of reception and common parts including washrooms and three full floors. Installation of VRF air conditioning with tenants in situ on five floors. Landlord dilapidation advice and cost recovery.
Refurbishment works enhanced external appearance of front elevation. To minimise rent voids, two floors returned to letting market at earliest time. Long term tenant retention and lease re-gearing possible. External façade works completed without scaffolding generating significant costs and inconvenience saving.
